Job DescriptionLocation: Swansea, SA1 6HDHours: Full-time, 41.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)Salary: £30,000 per annumVisa Sponsorship: Not availableAbout the Role: **As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in leading the day-to-day running of the service. You will ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for the people we support, while motivating and developing your team to deliver person-centred care in line with regulatory frameworks and organisational values.You will play a key role in quality assurance, team management, rota planning, and maintaining compliance with CIW and RISCA standards.What We’re Looking ForProven experience working with adults with complex needs, learning disabilities or autismStrong leadership and organisational skillsKnowledge of relevant care regulations and quality frameworksConfident using IT systems and managing care recordsDesirable SkillsExperience managing rotas and commissioned hoursFamiliarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)Full UK driving licence or reliable access to transportWhy Work With UsHeathfield Lodge is part of ivolve Care & Support, one of the UK’s leading providers of care for adults with complex needs.
