Job Title: Deputy Project DirectorLocation: Saudi Arabia Experience: Minimum 20 Years (with at least 5 Years in a Senior Strategic & Leadership Role) Industry: Infrastructure, Water Network, and Sewage Projects Salary Package: SAR 30,000 (Inclusive of Basic + Housing + Transport) Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Deputy Project Director to oversee and drive the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex Water Network, Sewage, or Infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to lead multiple project teams and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.This is a senior leadership role requiring strong project governance, financial control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of major infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategic Management:Lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously across different regions in Saudi Arabia.Provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to multiple Project Managers and site teams.Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational goals and client expectations.Project Governance & Control:Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.Monitor project timelines, risk management, and progress reports to ensure adherence to project objectives.Establish and maintain project controls to manage cost, schedule, and performance.Operational Oversight:Supervise and manage operations across multiple project sites with a combined workforce of over 2,000 employees and several subcontractors.Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction departments to ensure seamless project delivery.Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Stakeholder Management:Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project approvals and smooth execution.Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Financial & Resource Management:Monitor and control project budgets exceeding SAR 250 million, ensuring cost optimization and profitability.Allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize productivity and performance.Review and approve major contracts, change orders, and procurement activities.Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree in Project Management or related field preferred).Experience:Minimum 20 years of total experience in Infrastructure, Water Network, or Sewage Projects.At least 5 years in a senior strategic or leadership position in Saudi Arabia.Proven experience managing large-scale projects (minimum value SAR 250 million).Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects across different sites.Experience leading teams exceeding 2,000 employees and managing multiple subcontractors.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Project Management parameters — planning, scheduling, cost and budget control, and performance tracking.Proficiency in Project Management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Deep familiarity with Saudi construction and regulatory standards.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Package: SAR 30,000 per month (Basic + Housing + Transport).Additional benefits as per company policy.Opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure projects within a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.Ideal Candidate Profile:A strategic leader with hands-on experience in managing mega infrastructure projects.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent ability to coordinate between multiple projects and stakeholders.A proactive and decisive professional with a track record of delivering projects successfully within time and budget constraints.Please Share Updated resume on unnati@m3consultant.net or connect on +91 6351389863
