Job PurposeThe PMO Senior Analyst – Reporting is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management reporting systems and dashboards that enable strategic decision-making and effective project delivery. This role consolidates data, tracks performance, and provides actionable insights to leadership, ensuring progress against organizational goals is clearly monitored and assessed. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner, supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.Project Management Certification is required. 5-7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or project support roles.Experience with PMO reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking is highly desirable.Experience in the Education Management or Education field is a plus.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain monthly management reports and dashboards across projects, programs, and business units.Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide accurate, actionable insights.Ensure timely delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations to Board, ExCom, and senior management.Analyze project performance, operational KPIs, and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis.Support scenario modelling, forecasting, and trend analysis for management decision-making.Collaborate with PMO and project teams to track deliverables, milestones, and progress against integrated plans.Assist in risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely escalation and reporting.Support strategy and performance management initiatives by providing accurate data and insights.Work closely with project managers and business and operations leadership teams to understand reporting requirements.Present reports and insights in a clear, concise manner to facilitate decision-making.Provide training and guidance to junior reporting staff or team members as needed. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data.Adhere to reporting standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
