In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our creative department by streamlining processes, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. You will play a vital role in maintaining structure, consistency, and efficiency across all creative projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the intake and tracking of creative requests via Wrike, ensuring accurate routing, assignments, and timelinesOwn the creative production calendar and ensure milestones are metRoute creative assets for feedback and approvals across stakeholdersCoordinate with external vendors and printers to support physical creative needs (e. g.

, signage, packaging, collateral)Partner with cross-functional teams (ecomm, marketing, education) to improve workflow and clarity in the briefing processMaintain and organize the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system, ensuring version control and easy access to final assetsIdentify operational bottlenecks and help implement process improvements for a more efficient creative pipelineSupport invoice tracking, job numbers, and vendor documentation for creative productionQualifications2–4 years experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or creative production—ideally in a creative or marketing environmentStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience using project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday, etc.

The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results. This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
