The company is headquartered in New Cairo and offers services such as 3D rendering, shop drawings, landscape design, and construction supervision.Role DescriptionDevelop preliminary sketches and early concept design proposals based on project requirements.Refine ideas into a cohesive final concept, including massing studies, spatial layouts, façade concepts, and 3D models.Produce high-quality schematic design packages, including plans, sections, elevations, and architectural diagrams.Prepare visualizations and presentation materials (interior & exterior 3D renders, diagrams, mood boards).Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration and feasibility.Conduct site visits to verify alignment with approved designs and provide feedback on construction.Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all assigned design tasks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in architecture.3–5 years of experience in conceptual and schematic design, preferably in consultancy or design-focused firms.strong portfolio demonstrating preliminary sketches → final concept → schematic design.Knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction standards.Proficiency in:AutoCAD – Revit – Rhino – Grasshopper – 3ds Max – Corona Renderer – Lumion – Photoshop – InDesign  AI Tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI tools)Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
