Design Engineer

A Snapshot of Your DayJoin our dynamic Engineering department in Kyiv as a Design Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in preparing project documentation for high voltage substations ranging from 110 to 330 kV. Imagine creating detailed cubicle overview diagrams, layouts, and circuit diagrams using CAD systems while adhering to current norms and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineers from our headquarters in Germany, coordinating concepts and technical specifications to ensure project success. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to international projects and enhance your professional skills in a supportive environment.How You’ll Make An ImpactYou will prepare comprehensive project documentation, including control-protection circuits and equipment lists, using CAD systems.You will create workshop documentation to support project execution.Collaborate with engineers from Siemens Energy in Germany to align on technical and design specifications.Ensure adherence to project norms and customer requirements throughout the documentation process.Participate in international projects, enhancing your experience and contributing to global initiatives.What You BringYou hold a higher technical education, preferably in “Power plants” or “Power grids and systems.”You possess a solid understanding of control and protection principles for high-voltage substations.You are knowledgeable about all stages of project documentation development and installation principles.Proficiency in CAD systems, such as AutoCAD or EPLAN/Engineering Base, is essential.You have good English skills for reading technical documentation and conversational use; knowledge of German is a plus.About The TeamYou will be part of a professional team dedicated to guiding and assisting you in your daily tasks.
