Someone who can translate strategy into compelling executive story design — combining structure, concept and craft to create CxO-level persuasion assets that move decisions forward. You understand how to use design to frame arguments, sharpen value, and build belief.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign premium executive storytelling assets for strategic pursuitsTransform propositions and storylines into visual frameworks and story mapsCreate clear narrative structures using diagrams, architectures and messaging systemsElevate pitch and pursuit materials into CxO-level communicationCo-design thought leadership and signature narratives with the Proposition LeadBuild repeatable story templates and visual IP for Iconic DealsQualificationsExperience7–12 years in narrative design, brand design and art direction, interaction design or strategic commsPortfolio of high-stakes communication work for enterprise or transformation programmesExperience presenting to or working near C-level audiencesStrong ability to visualise abstract ideas, systems and flowsBackground may include:innovation studio, design consultancy, strategy firm, or design-led transformation teamSkills & AttributesExpert in visual clarity and narrative logicStrong conceptual design sense—able to shape frameworks, not just slidesFast, iterative collaborator comfortable shaping ideas in real timeExcellent layout, typography and information hierarchy instinctsCalm and confident in fast-moving strategic environmentsAdditional InformationAbout Dava.YDava.Y is Endava’s growth and strategy unit, working at the front of the digital product lifecycle to close the gap between boardroom ambition and digital execution.
