They are known as providing Best In Class service as well as an excellent environment for employees to contribute across a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare, Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Pharma & Data Centres to name a few.The Role:Our client is looking for a Design Manager that has significant experience in the delivery of large-scale, complex projects - either someoen with Main Contractor/Developer/Subcontractor expeirence, or also Senior Architects/Technologists with plenty of delivery experience.The role involves managing the pre-construction design phase of projects, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and reviewing engineering work to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, processes, and procedures. You will oversee the design process, ensuring client and key stakeholder approvals at each project stage.You will also update and review the design consultants' monthly Engineering & Procurement Progress Report, maintaining a design issues tracker for the architectural scope of work to ensure the efficient resolution of any issues, and ensure the project stays on track, adheres to required standards, and meets all necessary specifications throughout the pre-construction phase.Required Background:Degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering required7+ years’ experience in Construction neededMain Contractor/Subcontractor/Developer experience ideallyPrevious experience on projects such as fit-out highly beneficialAbility to work collaboratively with other Stakeholders on projectsPrior experience with Irish/UK Building Regs neededAbility to work freely in Irish market requiredThe Package:Excellent salary, vehicle/allowance, bonus and Pension on offer.
