As part of our growth ambitions, we are recruiting a motivated and driven graduate to join our Strategy Consulting team.The OpportunityThis role will be part of the multidisciplinary Strategy Consulting team which is made up of Strategy, Communications and data advisory specialists. The team supports clients in navigating complex challenges, identifying opportunities, and executing sustainable transformational initiatives to achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will develop skills in designing strategies, interpreting insights, and how to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients. Initially a broad role, the team offers the opportunity to specialise in Strategy, Communications or both disciplines. As a Strategy Consulting Graduate in our team at Arup, you will: Conduct research on industry trends, campaigns and market dynamics to support strategy development. Support on stakeholder engagement and strategic communications for clients Assist in preparing reports and communication materials for clients, summarising findings, recommendations, and next steps. Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives delivering value to clients. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops, and meetings. Support in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness. Collaborate with team members to ensure clear and effective communication across all project activities.
