Design Team Leader (6-10 years experience)Job Description- Job code (-EG-01)- B.Cs. degree in architecture.- Talented and has the ability to develop realistic 3D renders (Exterior & Interior Shots)- Manage a team of junior interior designers/architects, assign them, and monitor the completion of all tasks.- Good command of written & spoken English- Software: 3D Max is a must, Auto cad, Photoshop, Indesign and illustrator- Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
