The Design Manager will oversee and lead the design process for various engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, reviewing plans and technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the Design Manager will collaborate with other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions within project timelines and budgets. Qualifications Expertise in design management, including technical drawing review and design coordination across multidisciplinary teamsStrong leadership and project management skills to effectively manage design teams and oversee project timelinesProficiency in industry-standard design software and toolsKnowledge of sustainable design principles, construction standards, and compliance with industry regulationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in engineering or construction project management is highly desirableFluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
