Design&Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Store Design & Implementation: Deliver floor plan, elevation, and 3D renderings in line with ANTA brand guidelines; produce detailed construction drawings (2D/3D).Project Management: Control project schedule, budget, and quality; provide weekly progress and risk reports.Construction Coordination: Liaise with malls, contractors, and suppliers; conduct on-site inspections and supervise rectifications.Approvals & Compliance: Handle and follow up on required permits, inspections, and handover procedures.Fixtures & Equipment: Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of fixtures, furniture, lighting, and equipment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, with 4+ years of retail fit-out experience.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, or similar 2D/3D design software; rendering skills preferred.Familiar with UAE mall fit-out procedures, building regulations, and approval processes.Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; English as a working language.Experience in UAE major mall retail projects, PMP/LEED certification, or Arabic proficiency is a plus.By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Recruitment Privacy Policy (click here to view: [https://obs-atahr-az1-p01.obs.cn-east-273.antacloud.com/hr_html/ATME_Recruitment_Privacy_Policy.html] ).
