Position: Design & Visual Creative ExecutiveType: Full-time | Hybrid | Based in HCMCWe are a growing Vietnamese craftsmanship-based ecosystem with a global direction, specializing in high-end leather goods across fashion, lifestyle, and corporate gifting.Our ecosystem includes four brands:– Neyuh Leather & Cincinati Leather: Premium leather bags and accessories for women & men– Neyuh Gifts: Bespoke corporate gifting solutions– Neyuh Home & Travel: High-end essentials for hotels, resorts, and travelKey ResponsibilitiesConcept & Visual DevelopmentDevelop visual ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand identity.Build moodboards and creative direction for photoshoots/videoshoots.Content Production (Photo & Video)Plan and execute product/lifestyle shoots.Oversee production and post-production to ensure brand alignment.Design ExecutionCreate visuals for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), digital ads, website banners, and email marketing.Design catalogues, lookbooks, packaging, POSM, and event visuals.Brand Visual ManagementEnsure cohesive brand visuals across 4 sub-brands.Maintain and update the visual asset library according to brand standards.Requirements• Strong photography & video editing skills.• Great aesthetic sense, preferably with fashion/luxury/lifestyle experience.• Ability to translate concepts into consistent creative direction across digital & offline channels.• Good teamwork and communication with marketing, content, and sales teams.• Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience & portfolio.• Flexible hybrid working model.• Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing international brand ecosystem.• Creative, global-minded work culture with room for experimentation.• Exposure to diverse projects: B2C (fashion/lifestyle) & B2B (gifting/hospitality).📩 Send your CV & portfolio to: cs@neyuhleather.com
