Provide assessment of engineering requirements for development applications, construction certificates, occupation certificates and other certificates in line with legislative provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.You Can Also Expect ToAssess and condition development applications and applications for other works on public or private land in relation to engineering requirements to inform quality outcomes.Prepare specific conditions as required for inclusion in Development Consents.Provide technical advice and reports to ensure response timeframes and quality outcomes are met.Inspect and assess completed flood and stormwater management and other civil engineering works for development.Prepare evidence for submission to the Land and Environment Court and attend court where required.About YouThe ideal candidate is an effective team player with the following:Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, which satisfies eligibility requirements for Member of the Institution of Engineers (Australia).Engineering experience relevant to development assessment.Working knowledge of planning legislation and regulations.Current Driver’s Licence Class C.Our Benefits And CultureAs an organisation, we pride ourselves in offering a flexible working environment centred on delivering great outcomes for our customers, whether internal or external.
