This is a generalist role in the best sense; you’ll lead consultants, coordinate approvals, analyze budgets, support financing, attend construction meetings, engage with stakeholders, and help build internal processes as the organization scales.You’ll work across mixed-use, rental, and affordable housing projects, ensuring each one aligns with long-term livability, financial sustainability, and community impact goals.
