Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhancecustomer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – DeviceSupport Associate with Slovenian or Czech or Azerbaijani.Responsibilities:Be the friendly expert who helps users with their personal devices in a clear and supportive way;Communicate through chat, email, or phone to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;Troubleshoot technical problems and make sure every user enjoys a smooth, satisfying experience;Keep track of cases, follow up with users, and ensure every issue is fully resolved;Collaborate with your teammates to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver the best service possible;Stay informed about product updates so you can provide accurate, helpful advice. Qualifications:Fluency in Slovenian, Czech, or Azerbaijani (C1) and good command of English (B2);Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus — but not required;A problem-solving mindset with a friendly, customer-first approach;Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tech in a simple, human way;A fast learner with solid basic tech skills and curiosity to grow;A true team player — organized, reliable, and ready to make a difference.
