Join us for a 3-month full-time internship in DevOps Engineering with option for working student contract afterwards and help us build reliable, scalable, and automated systems!TasksInfrastructure Basics (Hands-on):Support in setting up and operating applications and Kubernetes environments — both on-prem and in the cloud. You’ll learn GitOps workflows and work with tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.Deployment Support:Deploying Software releases on to our customer environments.System Monitoring:Create Grafana dashboards, work with Prometheus, and help visualize key application and infrastructure metrics.Troubleshooting & Reliability:Support the DevOps Team in analyzing basic issues around logs, performance, and scalability, and support the identification and resolution of root causes.Automation:Write small scripts (Python), automate recurring tasks, and help improve our CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).RequirementsMust have:You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master, e.g. Computer Science or similarLinux & Networking:You’re comfortable using Linux (Command Line) and understand basic networking fundamentals.Basic Docker Knowledge:You have first hands-on experience with Docker.Monitoring Interest:You’re eager to learn how to work with Grafana, Prometheus, and observability concepts.Language skills:Very good English skills, German is a plusNice to have:CI/CD Foundations:You’re familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).Scripting:First scripting experience (Python, Bash or similar)BenefitsPurpose-driven work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainableFlexibility: Hybrid working with home office options and flexible working hoursTeam spirit: A supportive, collaborative environment with plenty of room for exchange and cooperationCommunity: Regular team events and shared activitiesExcellent development opportunities and a high level of personal responsibility in a growing teamOur office is located in Darmstadt near Frankfurt am Main, conveniently located with good connections to public transport, the motorway, and the airport.
