We reduce emissions and energy consumption, actively advancing the energy transition.As a (Senior) Process Operations Manager in Engineering, you will own the end-to-end building-optimization process—bringing clarity, speed, and predictability to a critical cross-functional workflow as we scale.TasksIn this role, you will:Own the end-to-end optimization funnel — spanning remote and on-site workflows — including readiness, prioritization, execution, and verification.Maintain the single source of truth for optimization and lead weekly funnel reviews, sequencing, and progress tracking.Manage approvals, exceptions, and cross-team escalations with clearly defined SLAs and timely communication.Publish and communicate weekly KPIs, including throughput, approval times, data completeness, and exceptions.Support annual, quarterly, and weekly planning by producing data-driven forecasting for optimization throughput.Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure all new deals are properly onboarded into the optimization funnel — validating readiness, controller coverage, and constraints, and ensuring a smooth transition into execution.Collaborate with System Engineering and Product to assess technical feasibility, resolve blockers, define next steps, and identify opportunities to improve or automate components of the optimization process while maintaining day-to-day operational ownership.RequirementsWe know that nobody fits a job description 100%.
