We need a problem-solver who thrives on automation, understands the value of financial inclusion, and is motivated by building technology that directly impacts underserved communities.This person will automate processes, streamline infrastructure, and bring development and operations closer together. They should be as comfortable working independently as they are collaborating across teams.Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)Solid hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (certifications like AZ-104 or AWS SysOps are a plus).Strong track record in automation using N8N, Power Automate, or similar.Proven use of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Ansible).Practical knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Windows service deployments.Monitoring exposure with Grafana or Prometheus.Understanding of CI/CD and Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos).
