About the RoleAre you a recent graduate looking to build a career in tech?As a DevOps NSP at DLP Africa, you’ll work with our engineering team to learn how software is built, tested, and deployed across our platforms, like Fish Africa (CPaaS). You’ll gain hands-on experience with automation, cloud tools, and quality testing, guided by senior engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp maintain and improve our deployment pipelines.Support automation scripts and configuration tasks.Monitor applications and infrastructure performance.Document updates, fixes, and processes.Shadow engineers during deployments and system incidents.Assist with version control and release processes.Work with developers and operations teams for smooth delivery.Test new features by writing and running simple test cases.Support both manual and automated QA testing.Report and help resolve software issues with the team.Who We’re Looking ForA recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Comfortable with Linux basics and scripting (Bash/Python).Curious about automation, DevOps, and software testing.Eager to learn tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good problem solver.What You’ll GainReal workplace experience in DevOps and QA.Hands-on learning with cloud, automation, and monitoring tools.Exposure to software testing and deployment best practices.The chance to work on products used by businesses across Africa.Teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-growing tech company.
