Implement and support deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools.Use IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy) to automate tasks.Monitor systems, logging, and application performance using ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc.Troubleshoot issues, mitigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to problem-solving and process optimization.Minimum QualificationsBachelor Degree (S1) in any major, with experience in the IT field.Have at least 2 years experience as a DevOps/SRE or in an equivalent position in a similar industryProficient in CI/CD concepts and automation workflows.Proficient in application deployment pipeline strategies.Proficient in Source Code Management / Git.Proficient in Unix commands.Proficient in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, and container orchestration using Kubernetes and its supporting tools (kubectl, oc).Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).Proficient in GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD).Proficient in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).Proficient in scripting languages (Shell Script, Python, Groovy).Proficient in logging management tools such as ELK, OpenSearch, and Loki.Proficient in monitoring tools such as Grafana and APM tools like Dynatrace.Proficient in cloud service providers (GCP, AWS).Strong collaboration and coordination skills, with solid problem-solving and self-learning abilitiesStrong understanding and knowledge of software development.Actively involved in issue resolution, incident mitigation, and prevention.Understands general banking processes or has experience in banking IT.Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
