Hire Digital is seeking a Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong content expertise in sustainability and ESG storytelling to join our internal team. In this role, you will manage a leading Singapore telecommunications client as your primary account, driving sustainability content strategy, overseeing content production, and ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling across digital and internal communications channels.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESAccount & Client ManagementServe as the main point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Manage timelines, briefs, and approvals to ensure seamless delivery of content aligned with strategic goalsContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement a sustainability-focused content strategy that aligns with the client's brand narrative, ESG commitments, and innovation prioritiesEditorial & Messaging FrameworksDefine tone, messaging pillars, and content guidelines for sustainability communications across web, social, thought leadership, and internal channelsCampaign DevelopmentCollaborate with marketing and communications teams to conceptualize and plan content campaigns around sustainability milestones, reports, and initiativesContent Production OversightBrief and coordinate writers, designers, and video producers to create articles, case studies, reports, and multimedia assets that communicate sustainability impactPerformance & InsightsTrack and analyze content engagement and performance metrics to optimize storytelling and inform future strategyRequirementsProven experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or account management, preferably in corporate communications, sustainability, or brand marketingStrong understanding of ESG and sustainability topics, including carbon reduction, digital inclusion, and responsible innovationExperience managing enterprise clients or complex stakeholder relationships across multiple teamsExcellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with a strategic and detail-oriented mindsetStrong collaboration skills; able to work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to deliver integrated campaignsKnowledge of corporate reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SDGs) or sustainability reporting is an advantage
