This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve commercial targets, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate conversion through platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE.Work location: Bangkok, Thailand (on-site)Reporting to: Digital Commerce Manager, SEA (based in Singapore)Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the digital commerce business for Thailand, delivering revenue, profit, and market share growth across key ecommerce and social commerce platforms.Develop and implement commercial strategies for flagship stores on Shopee, Lazada, and other ecommerce marketplaces, focusing on assortment, pricing, campaign planning, and conversion optimization.Lead social commerce initiatives including brand livestreams, affiliate livestreams, influencer and affiliate video content, and affiliate community engagement programs to drive awareness and sales.Collaborate closely with platform partners and enablers to secure visibility opportunities, joint business plans, and co-marketing support.Plan and execute major online sales campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Brand Day) and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.Analyze performance data and consumer insights to continuously optimize sales, conversion rates, and return on investment.Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade, supply chain, and regional teams to align brand messaging, inventory planning, and activation strategies.Stay informed of digital and social commerce trends, identifying new tools, platforms, and opportunities to enhance brand performance and competitiveness.Required Skills and QualificationsDegree holder in Business, Marketing, or any related field; specialization in digital commerce is preferred.Minimum 6 years of experience in ecommerce and/or digital sales, preferably within consumer goods, beauty, or health supplements industries.Proven track record of managing and growing sales performance on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE.Strong understanding of social commerce, affiliate marketing, and influencer-driven sales conversion.Analytical and data-driven with strong commercial acumen.Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-changing digital environment.Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are essentialCandidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager positionH&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
