Job Description

Core Focus: CRM, Social Media, KOL, and Consumer EngagementMain Objective: Strengthen consumer engagement and online community through CRM, content strategy, and influencer programs.Job ResponsibilitiesManage CRM systems (MaxChat, WhatsApp Business), ensuring prompt and accurate consumer responses.Oversee social media operations (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): content scheduling, posting, and interaction management.Develop and execute monthly content rotation strategies focused on product highlights.Lead KOL/influencer collaborations - sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and tracking performance.Manage and analyze paid ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite.Build and nurture consumer communities, addressing feedback loops and engagement strategies.Collaborate with Brand to maintain message and visual consistency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or social media management.Understanding of influencer/KOL marketing and basic media buying (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement and campaign metrics.Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency.Team work skill is a mustFluent english will be an advantage
