As a well-managed and rapidly growing company, we provide a dynamic and engaging work environment.What we are looking for:We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Specialist to take the lead on Quikaid’s content creation and social media marketing. In this role, you’ll produce engaging visual and written content across our digital platforms, support ongoing marketing campaigns, and help ensure our brand stays consistent and professional. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality work while supporting larger marketing goals. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on Quikaid’s brand voice and digital presence.Responsibilities:Create and manage engaging visual and written content across digital channels, including graphics, videos, animations, Reels, and blog posts.Plan, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Redditt, ensuring alignment with campaigns and key company milestones.Maintain and evolve Quikaid’s brand voice and visual identity, including templates, typography, and messaging standards.Write and edit social media copy, ad headlines, email subject lines, and other marketing content.Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally, and track performance to optimize content strategy.Support creative and marketing campaigns with ad concepts, email campaigns, and SEO-driven blog content.Collaborate with leadership on campaign ideas and creative briefs for paid and organic initiatives across Google, Meta, and Microsoft/Bing.Organize and maintain marketing assets, content libraries, and documentation to ensure campaigns run smoothly.Prepare performance summaries, creative mockups, and reports to highlight results and impact.Keep up with design trends, social media developments, and emerging content formats to keep Quikaid’s digital presence fresh and effective.The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and social media management.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva Pro.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple digital platforms.Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social.Experience with marketing and automation platforms such as HubSpot and Unbounce for landing page creation for lead capture.Understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience growth tactics.Basic experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and SEO best practices for blog content.Ability to analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve creative content.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with strong follow-through.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with multiple health plans to choose from based on your needs.
