With a strong, active and familial culture, Pub United is the agency’s social club, hosting events as wide reaching as Curling, Trivia Nights and more.OverviewThis role is a Maternity Leave Contract - From December 2025 till March 2027 - 5 days Onsite client side.As a digital content support specialist your job is to partner with various marketing team functions to support the strategy, ideation, and execution of content for the web and email marketing channels:Responsibilities:Our successful candidate will possess some of the following attributes below. This is just a starting point – if you feel you don’t meet the suggested experience and/or skills, we still encourage you to apply!Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and styleAbility to adapt writing style to various formats, such as blog posts, website copy, and email contentGeneral understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategiesStrong research skills to gather information from diverse sources and create engaging, informative contentExperience in Office 365 and Canva are a must.Bonus: Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal or ContentStack or CloudinaryQualificationsA keen interest with in digital marketing, web and emailBachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related fieldExperience in running digital advertising campaignsExperience in email marketingExperience leading complex and highly strategic digital engagementsStrong proficiency in social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Tumblr, WhatsApp and Snapchat, etc…), effective measurement frameworks for social programsPassionately committed to collaboration and is a dynamic team playerExcellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skillsShows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risksSuperior time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and partnersAdditional InformationPublicis Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of our community.
