Our team provides expert advice and seamless delivery with top-quality products and personalised service for every project.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site position is based at our Bunbury showroom. As Digital Coordinator, you’ll be our digital storyteller and operator: managing and optimising social channels, keeping our website up to date, analysing performance, running campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding and tone. You’ll also oversee small digital projects and contribute ideas that boost engagement and drive measurable growth, including sensible use of AI tools as we build Hearth House HQ.What you’ll doSocial media (Facebook/Instagram): Plan a steady cadence (2–3 posts/week + stories), create short vertical videos, write engaging hooks/captions, and iterate from results.Website & content: Add/update/remove products in WordPress with flawless detail (pricing, specs, images, alt-text, categories, internal links). Post weekly Google Business updates and tidy media/files.Brand & campaigns: Maintain consistent voice/visuals across channels; help plan and execute seasonal promos and product launches.Web analytics: Track performance, report simple wins, and recommend improvements to pages, posts, and funnels.Digital projects: Coordinate small tasks (landing pages, asset refreshes, photo/video shoots), manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned.AI & workflow: Use practical AI (copy assists, captioning/transcription, checklists/templates) to speed quality work and document simple how-tos.Showroom tie-in: Capture content from installs/displays; ensure online presentation matches in-store merchandising.
