Translate integrated marketing and creative strategies into digital-first, culturally relevant content plans. Work with strategists to identify consumer needs, moments, and mindsets that inform Always On and campaign content approaches. Cross-Channel AmplificationLead the amplification thinking for ideas across paid, earned, and owned media — with a TTL lens focused on social-first execution. Create distribution and engagement strategies to ensure the right content reaches the right people at the right time. Platform Expertise & Technical FluencyStay ahead of platform updates, innovations, and algorithm shifts to inform strategy and content formats. Develop channel-specific content recommendations for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and emerging platforms. Be the go-to for technical execution insights — from social specs to best practice formats to cutting-edge interactive features. Creativity Meets CultureSpot trends, viral moments, and emerging conversations to inform tactical and real-time social media ideas. Co-create with creatives, influencers, and partners to develop digitally native storytelling that breaks through the noise. Innovation & InsightsUse analytics tools to track performance and draw insights that refine future content strategy. Partner with analytics and performance teams to guide KPI setting, measure impact, and report on effectiveness. CX, Digital Experiences & MechanicsCollaborate with CX, UX, and tech teams to translate content strategies into seamless user journeys, ensuring content, design, and functionality work together. Provide input on the development of microsites, landing pages, and immersive experiences, ensuring they ladder up to broader campaign strategies and brand goals. Champion the integration of digital mechanics (e.g., quizzes, shoppable content, gamified experiences, UGC integrations) that drive interaction and engagement. Ensure all content touchpoints — from social posts to site copy — contribute to a frictionless, on-brand customer experience across the full funnel.
