Together, you’ll contribute to creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences that truly make an impactQualificationsWho we are looking forAn experienced Designer backed by a strong and diverse portfolioA master of design tools: you are highly proficient with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After E/ects) and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)A creative thinker with a keen eye: you possess excellent creative flair, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principlesA multi-skilled professional: your portfolio demonstrates your ability to work across di/erent media, showcasing skills in graphic design, UI design, and ideally, motion graphics or video editingA collaborative spirit: you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable presenting ideas and incorporating feedbackThe Experience You NeedProven professional experience with a compelling and diverse portfolio that showcases your skills across di/erent media. Applications without a portfolio won’t be considered.You are highly proficient with the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have practical experience with modern UI design tools like FigmaYou possess a deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, and you know how to apply these principles to create practical and aesthetically pleasing designsYou have practical experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and/or mobile applications, with an understanding of responsive design principlesYour portfolio includes examples of multimedia content, such as motion graphics (using tools like After E/ects), basic video editing, or animated GIFsYou are accustomed to working within a team, collaborating with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life.
