You’ll combine conceptual thinking with hands-on design execution, creating impactful roll-out assets, banner adaptations, and eye-catching social material that amplifies brand stories across formats.This role demands a designer with a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of digital formats, and the ability to turn creative concepts into polished, scroll-stopping visual experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign digital and social assets across multiple platforms and formats (static, motion-ready, and responsive).Adapt and roll out campaign assets including banners, social tiles, stories, and paid media placements.Translate creative concepts into cohesive, well-executed digital deliverables.Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, animators, and editors to bring creative ideas to life.Maintain visual and brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints.Work efficiently to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-continental team environment.Contribute conceptual input during creative development and ideation phases.Stay up to date with evolving digital trends, social platform specs, and design best practices.Prepare and package final artwork for production or delivery to media partners.Requirements3–6 years’ experience in digital or social design (agency experience preferred).Strong conceptual ability with a portfolio showcasing high-quality digital and social work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD; After Effects a plus).Experience creating and adapting digital campaign assets (banners, carousels, reels, etc.).Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour, and brand systems.Attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, accurate design output.Strong time management and organizational skills.Comfortable collaborating across remote, multi-disciplinary teams.Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about digital creativity.Bonus:Experience in motion graphics or collaboration with animators.Familiarity with social-first and performance-based design.
