We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.Responsibilities:Act as business owner for PRUFast (digital sales tools for Bancassurance).Plan, manage, and monitor PRUFast roadmap, backlog, enhancement, and release implementation.Gather and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Execute and oversee digital initiatives that support the face-to-face Bancassurance sales process.Coordinate with intra-tribes (IT, PD Sales Ops, Compliance, etc.) to ensure end-to-end delivery and sustainability.Manage testing, defect resolution, and change requests to ensure smooth go-live and BAU transition.Provide production support to sales users, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.Conduct digital onboarding and regular training for new and existing sales users, including digital accreditation programs to maintain adoption and capability.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.Proficient in both written and spoken English.Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management or system development, preferably within the financial or insurance industry.Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork, and strategic planning skills.Proven track record of professionalism and integrity in previous roles.Ability to engage and negotiate effectively at a senior business level.Demonstrates strong work ethics and interpersonal relationship skills.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
