Job Description6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to make a big impactHybrid work – balance your time between home and our head officeVaried, creative role where your work will shape how our brand is seen and experiencedAbout The RoleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and designing digital graphics for People First Bank across a variety of channels, including our website, social media, digital advertising, direct marketing, and in-branch materials. You’ll also support the production and editing of video content for both internal and external use. Through your design work, you’ll help shape how our brand is presented and how we communicate our message to the world.Specifically, You WillManage design briefs from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and feedback are met.Create and deliver on brand digital designs for website, social media, email, ads, and in-branch materials.Design printed materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and forms.Ensure all digital content meets accessibility, usability, and technical standards.Support the Brand and Design team with general design requests across the brand and organisation.About YouWith solid graphic design experience, you’ll need to bring a ‘can do’ and proactive approach to your work. You are currently successfully at autonomously managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities. You are known as a positive team member who can get stuff done while maintaining strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.We Also SeekTertiary qualification in a graphic design or digital design related fieldExpert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite in particular Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign Competent with iOS Software Advanced computer skills, particularly the use of MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Advanced communication (verbal and written) skills Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of video editing/animation development including use of After effects and Premier Pro is not essential but will be highly regarded.Why You’ll Love Working With UsPeople First Bank – our new brand – says exactly what we’re all about: people.
