Digital/Growth marketer

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company operating an EU-licensed investment platform that connects users from across Europe with trusted financial products and companies. The organisation holds a full European ECSP license and has been recognised for innovation and strong market performance.We are now looking for a hands-on Digital/Growth marketer — a driven professional ready to take full ownership of the marketing function, execute impactful campaigns, and build a results-oriented team that drives user growth across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives.Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms).Build and expand affiliate and referral programs to attract new users.Create effective funnels and user journeys to increase registrations and conversion rates.Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to align marketing with business priorities.Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team while managing external partners.Analyse and report key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates.Ensure brand consistency and a strong digital presence across all channels.You’re a great fit if you:Have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in similar industry, fintech, SaaS, or other fast-scaling digital businesses.Are both strategic and hands-on, with proven experience in performance marketing and growth.Are confident working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing.Are data-driven and make decisions based on measurable impact.Have excellent English communication skills (C1+) and can collaborate with international partners.Are based in Sofia and open to working primarily on-site.What’s in it for youCompetitive net salary between 4,000–6,000 BGN, depending on experience.The opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up and shape the company’s brand and growth strategy.Direct collaboration with the leadership team and a visible impact on business results.Additional benefits package, performance-based bonuses, and a modern, friendly office culture.If you’re ready to take ownership, lead with purpose, and grow a fintech brand with international ambitions — we’d love to hear from you.
