VT Eco Factory is an international manufacturer of professional beauty and wellness products, producing under the T-LAB brand and developing private label projects for partner companies. With 30+ years of salon expertise, we deliver innovative, natural solutions to distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners worldwide.We are expanding our Sales & Marketing Department and are looking for a dynamic and data-driven E-Commerce SAles and Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, manage digital campaigns, and grow global e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strong analytical and technical skills to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and performance across digital platforms.Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic and engagement to reach target sales results monthly and annually.Manage and grow company social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging, brand-consistent content.Oversee and maintain company's e-shop platform (PrestaShop/WordPress); experience with Amazon is a strong advantage.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve performance targets.Optimize website structure, content, and product pages for SEO and improved conversion.Track and analyze key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, engagement) and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align digital activities with brand campaigns, new product launches, and stock information.Research and apply new digital tools, technologies, and AI trends to enhance online performance and innovation.Requirements3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce management (beauty or FMCG sector preferred).Practical experience managing and updating e-commerce platforms such as PrestaShop and/or WordPress.Proven skills in online advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.Experience with marketplaces; Amazon experience is an advantage.Strong copywriting and visual communication skills for digital content creation.Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).Proficiency in English for daily business communication; other languages are a plus.Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.We OfferA key role in the company’s digital growth and international online expansion.Dynamic, creative, and supportive working environment.Opportunity to shape global e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.Remuneration system incl. a competitive sales bonus and long-term career development in an international company.
