You will partner with developers, content writers, localization, and product marketing to improve search visibility, site health, and the quality of traffic. You will define the roadmap, execute hands-on, and measure impact across international markets.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end SEO strategy: technical, content, and international.Define a clear SEO prioritization framework to evaluate opportunities by impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.Improve crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals across nexo.com.Build an information architecture and content structure that scales across locales.Drive AI search readiness: structured data, content patterns, and answer-focused pages that are favored by LLMs and AI answer engines.Partner with content and localization to deliver keyword-informed briefs and high-quality localized pages.Run SEO experiments with A/B and holdout testing. Translate findings into backlog items and engineering-ready specs.Establish ASO hygiene for iOS and Android listings. Align with Marketing and Product on updates that influence ranking and conversion.Monitor performance with GA4, GSC, log analysis, and crawler data. Report insights and actions clearly.Build and maintain a scalable internal linking and topic cluster strategy.Educate stakeholders on search trends, AI discovery, and best practices.Your KPIsGrowth in qualified organic sessions and sign-ups from priority markets.Improvements in non-branded search visibility for priority themes and pages.Share of search and SERP feature coverage for core topics.Technical health: crawl errors down, index coverage up, Core Web Vitals pass rate up.International performance: visibility and traffic lift for localized pages.AI discovery signals: inclusion and accuracy in AI answer surfaces for priority topics.ASO performance: sustained improvement in keyword visibility, conversion rate, and install growth for iOS and Android listings.What Makes You Stand Out6+ years in SEO with measurable impact in crypto, fintech, or similarly competitive categories.Strong technical SEO background: rendering, crawling, sitemaps, canonicals, hreflang, structured data, Core Web Vitals.Content SEO expertise: topic modeling, briefs, internal linking, SERP feature strategy.International SEO and localization experience across multiple languages and markets.Familiarity with ASO best practices for iOS and Android, and how usage signals influence rankings.Comfortable working with modern web stacks. Ability to brief engineers and read code.
