We’re partnering with a leading investment platform to hire an Associate or Senior Associate for its digital infrastructure team. The group focuses on opportunities across telecom, software, managed services, and the broader digital ecosystem, investing in both credit and equity and working closely with management teams.The team now operates within a larger global investment organization with more than $60 billion in AUM. They tend to win mandates in part because counterparties want to work with them.Career runway inside a bigger infra platform: As the strategy scales within the broader organization, strong performers have a path to grow into more senior roles in a larger infrastructure investing franchise, not just wait for seats to open at a small stand-alone fund.What You’ll Work OnBuild financial models for both credit and equity investments.Support full deal execution: screening, diligence, structuring, documentation, and closing.Map markets and sub-sectors in digital infrastructure to identify themes and sourcing angles.Work with management teams on growth plans and ongoing portfolio monitoring.Prepare materials for investment committees and internal portfolio reviews.Contribute to thesis development as the team shapes new strategies and products.What We're Looking For2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.Experience or strong interest in TMT, digital infrastructure, or software.Strong modeling skills and comfort owning the analysis.Clear communicator who can walk through assumptions and defend a view.Enjoys a lean, hands-on environment with real responsibility from day one.Interest in working across both credit and equity.About TenfoldTenfold Search partners with leading private equity and investment firms across digital infrastructure, energy, and technology.
