Learn more at www.ipgmediabrands.com.The OpportunityThe Digital Manager role reports to the Planning Director and sits within one of the regional accounts with the responsibility of leading the strategic planning and execution of our client's digital campaigns. This role requires the ability to develop campaign plans independently and manage execution with support from offshore Campaign Specialists. As the digital expert, you would have demonstrated success by managing digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels (SEM, Social, Programmatic), have exceptional client relations skills, and are excited to learn. Key responsibilitiesStrategic Performance MarketingIdentifying how media can help meet objectives and address broader challenges facing clients' businesses and marketing efforts.Providing sound reasoning for challenging clients on briefs and suggesting alternative approaches that could better meet marketing objectives.Showcase a deep understanding of digital media channels (Search, Display, and Social) by effectively planning and optimizing clients’ marketing activities, ensuring the successful implementation of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.Manage and mentor channel specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality execution across channels.Providing post-campaign reports detailing results against planned KPIs, expenditure, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness, including learnings and recommendations for future campaignsIdentify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points.Identifying and presenting new, innovative, and relevant communication ideas or organic growth opportunities to clientsBe at the forefront of Performance knowledge (SEM, Display, Social) by keeping up to date with industry news and developmentsClient RelationsEffectively manages client expectations and communicates with them about status updates, resourcing changes and deadlines.Serves as a trusted advisor to clients on media-related matters and provides expert insights on their industry, competitors, and key drivers.Manage and mentor channel specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality execution across channels.Co-lead client meetings/WIPs and updates, ensuring that campaigns and market updates include action items.Ideally you have3+ Years of in depth and hands on experience in search and social campaign management & planning and programmatic planning, preferably within an agency or similar environment.Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Google ads, DV360 with understanding of demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad serving, third-party measurement and verification.Meticulously and critically review data to ensure high-quality inputs and outputs. Has a high attention to detail when practicing quality assurance and due diligence.Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional and cross-cultural teamExcellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign performance updates to clients.IPG Mediabrands is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
