Digital Marketer 20 hours per week

Position: Digital MarketerNumber of hours: 20 hours/weekSchedule: PSTContribute in the implementation of marketing strategies Organize marketing initiatives or events to raise brand awareness Plan, execute, manage and optimize various advertising campaigns for Google, Facebook, Tiktok, and other social media platformsRegularly analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs and produce daily reports to identify issues and opportunities for growthCommunicate KPIs to key stakeholdersSee all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectivenessStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the companys marketing strategies currentPrepare engaging content and ad copy to boost campaign conversionConduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growthCollaborate with the client in preparing budgets and monitoring expensesOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedMust have at least 3 years of proven work experience with digital marketing or a relevant role is requiredSolid knowledge of marketing techniques and principlesProven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaignsGood understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methodsExcellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)Thorough understanding of social media and web analyticsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesCreativity and commercial awarenessA team player with a customer-oriented approachSelf-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
