Processes requests for quotations and other business transactions and prioritize necessities.Provides administrative support on marketing related tasks to optimize marketing activities including system maintenance on Open Bravo.Assist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of customer lists.Support customer communication and logistics for events, trade shows, mailing and related activities via telephone and email.Supports Sales Department by assembling quotations, proposals and product capability booklets, compiling account and competitor analysis.Provide operational feedback during meetings and other corporate dealings.Answers correspondence, phone, and email concerning procedures and inquiries concerning processing of marketing or SOP.Maintains records and provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.Marketing, Business graduate or any course related,At least one year of relevant experience on Marketing and related field; andAble to communicate effectively.
