Job Overview:The CAD Operator & Production Coordinator supports both the technical design and operational workflow of the company. This role combines CAD drafting expertise with administrative and production coordination tasks that contribute to efficient project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple functions—including design, logistics, documentation, and client support—to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project requirements.Key Responsibilities:CAD Operation (Core Function):Create, modify, and manage detailed 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements.Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-documented, and adhere to company standards.Collaborate with the team to translate design concepts into technical production drawings.Secondary & Administrative Support DutiesClient & Production Documentation:Develop and maintain detailed product specification sheets for clients using Excel.Supply Chain & Logistics Support:Place orders for product samples as directed for sales presentations.Track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.Assist in scheduling and coordinating product deliveries.Sales & Marketing Support:Prepare and send out contracts to potential new clients.Input and schedule social media content into the "Later" platform for review.Upload new product items and information to the company’s Shopify store.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar technical design role.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant platforms).Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards and drafting principles.Experience in administrative coordination, logistics, or production support is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools such as Shopify, Later, or project management systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Complete PC packageComprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance.Flexible work environment with the option to work remotely.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
