5+ years of Experience in Supporting & Leading Infrastructure projects in banking domainAbility to connect various incidents happening in the environment and invoke Major Incident Management team if required.Good Verbal & Written communication skills.Thorough understanding of Infrastructure terminologies Ability to work in 24x7 shift modelAbility to resolve incidents as per the agreed SLA by identifying or engaging the required stakeholders.Documenting & communicating the incident status to all required stakeholders.Ability to do complete RCA independently where feasible or drive for RCA.ITIL CertificationHandled Major Incidents independently
