Job Description

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the handling of loan-related transactions (e.g. loan release / booking, loan payment, preparation of certifications, statement of account / billing statement, etc.) of Corporate Banking Group (CBG), Remedial Management Department (RMD) and Branches. Ensure that the instructions received from the business/marketing units (CBG, RMD, Branches) and submitted transaction documents are consistent with the loan approval.JOB DESCRIPTIONProcess booking of new loan releases, loan restructuring and roll-over/renewal/extension of existing loansProcess payment of loan interests and principal and loan interest repricingProcess Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) booking via dacion or foreclosure Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time
