Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Work Structure: Hybrid (2 Days Field / 3 Days On-site) Reports To: Hospital Manager and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly (Based on Experience) Experience Level: 3 – 5 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative, data-driven, and brand-focused Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Executive to drive our hospital’s marketing, public relations, and digital engagement initiatives.The ideal candidate will enhance the hospital’s visibility, strengthen online engagement, manage media relations, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. This role blends digital strategy, creative content development, and internal communication management in a healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow the hospital’s brand presence. Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media. Plan, design, and execute engaging health awareness and promotional content. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all materials. Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. 2. Content Creation & Media Management Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and press releases. Supervise photography, videography, and creative media production for campaigns. Maintain and update the hospital’s website and digital platforms. Monitor and manage online reputation and audience engagement. 3. Public Relations & Media Engagement Act as the primary contact for media partners, journalists, and PR agencies. Draft and distribute press releases, coordinate interviews, and manage press coverage. Monitor public sentiment and promote a positive brand image. 4. Internal Communications & Corporate Events Manage internal communications via newsletters, announcements, and updates. Strengthen communication between management and employees. Plan and promote hospital events, CSR projects, and community outreach activities. 5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Track and report key digital and brand performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI). Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to refine strategy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 20% increase in social media engagement within 3 months. 10% growth in followers per quarter. At least 4 health-related blog or content posts monthly. Minimum of 1 media feature or interview per quarter. 90% positive public sentiment online and in media. Regular, data-backed monthly communication reports. 80% staff satisfaction rate in internal communications (bi-annual survey). RequirementsQualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field. 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or brand communications (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service sectors). Professional certifications (CIM, NIMN, or Digital Marketing Institute) are an added advantage. Technical & Core Skills Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and Meta Business Suite. Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Excellent content writing, storytelling, and social media management skills. Deep understanding of brand strategy and reputation management. Strong analytical, creative, and organizational abilities. Excellent multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.
