Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to provide critical support to our Directors and wider marketing team. This role blends administrative coordination with digital marketing insight, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and follow-ups across multiple projects.The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have experience in digital marketing environments, and bring strong technical capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools, and AI platforms.Director & Team SupportManage and coordinate the Directors calendars: schedule meetings, calls, and appointmentsEnsure all internal and external meetings have clear agendas, reminders, and follow-upsCoordinate the wider teams schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal overlapTrack and follow up on sales meetings and client communicationsOnline Marketing & OperationsAssist with task management, project timelines, and internal deadlinesMaintain organised digital files, shared calendars, and documentation systemsHelp prepare and format presentations for client meetings and internal updates (PowerPoint / Google Slides)Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper) to assist with drafts, summaries, or documentationReporting & AdminCreate and maintain tracking sheets for meetings, sales progress, and KPIsBuild and manage shared Google Sheets/Excel dashboards for task tracking and performance reportingSupport online marketing campaigns with data entry, documentation, and post-campaign reportingWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking digital marketing environmentExposure to a wide range of online marketing and business operationsOngoing training and supportA collaborative team with growth opportunitiesProven experience in a similar assistant, coordinator, or digital support roleFluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skillsStrong command of Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft OfficeExcellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (data management, formulas, formatting)Experience using PowerPoint / Google Slides to prepare and format presentationsFamiliarity with digital marketing environments (social media, CRM systems, campaign tracking)Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiencyExceptional organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectivelyIdeal CandidateMeticulous, dependable, and proactiveProfessional and personable in written and verbal communicationAnalytical and tech-savvyInterest or background in digital marketing, communications, or business operationsFlexible and responsive, with a problem-solving mindset
