As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Denpasar. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing digital performance metrics, creating and optimizing web content, and enhancing online brand visibility. Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence, generate qualified leads, manage digital channels (including social media and ads), and support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & AdvertisingPlan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).Conduct audience research, targeting, and competitor analysis.Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns.Manage budgets and ensure ads deliver strong ROI.2. Social Media ManagementCreate monthly content plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (if needed).Produce engaging content related to construction projects, company activities, services, andcorporate credibility.Coordinate with the internal team to gather photos/videos from project sites.Maintain consistent branding and tone across platforms.3. Marketing Strategy & Brand AwarenessDevelop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential clients (individual, developer,business, or government).Support offline and online marketing initiatives, such as events, partnerships, expos, orpresentations.Strengthen company positioning as a trusted contractor through storytelling and contentinitiatives.4. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition SupportCreate digital funnels to capture leads through ads, social media, and website.Follow up on incoming inquiries (with the sales team).Maintain a database of leads and track campaign performance.5. Content Creation & CopywritingWrite captions, ad copy, and marketing materials with a professional and credible tone.Coordinate with designers or create simple visual materials (if needed).Prepare marketing slides, company profile updates, and project highlight documents.6. Market ResearcMonitor construction industry trends, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations based on data.7. ReportingPrepare monthly reports covering:Ad performanceSocial media growthLeads generatedCompetitor insightsOngoing marketing initiativesQualificationsStrong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategiesMinimum 1–2 years experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B orconstruction-related fields, but not required).Strong understanding of Meta Ads, targeting, optimization, and analytics.Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.Good copywriting and content creation skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Able to work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams.Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.Additional Preferred ExperienceExperience in construction, property, architecture, or B2B services.Able to manage simple design tasks using Canva or similar tools.Comfortable gathering content from project sites when neededSubmit your CV torarafjc@gmail.com
