Job Vacancy: Marketing DirectorCompany: Chontea & Co.Location: Bali, IndonesiaEmployment Type: Full-timeJoin us in celebrating the art of tea and creating unforgettable moments.Key Responsibilities:You will be the architect of our brand's voice and growth, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue.1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:Develop and implement the annual 360° marketing strategy, budget, and calendar.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive analysis.Define key brand messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.2. Team Building & Management:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.Foster a collaborative and creative environment, managing workflows and professional development.3. Digital Marketing & Social Media:Spearhead our digital presence across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging content that tells our story.Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to increase brand reach and drive footfall/sales.Oversee website management, SEO, and email marketing initiatives.4. Campaign & Event Management:Concept, plan, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.Organize and manage both in-store and off-site events (e.g., collaborations, pop-ups, community gatherings) to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.5. Partnerships & PR:Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media to expand our reach.Manage public relations efforts to secure positive media coverage.6. Analysis & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing activities using key metrics (ROI, KPIs).Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.What We're Looking For (Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, with a strong preference for candidates from the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industries.Proven track record of developing successful 360° marketing campaigns and building a brand from the ground up.Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Knowledge of Indonesian is a strong plus.Digitally Savvy & Proactive Learner: Deep understanding of the current digital landscape, including social media algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
