The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include content creation for web and social media platforms, conducting market research, analyzing web analytics data, and coordinating campaigns to enhance online presence and engagement. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer growth.QualificationsStrong skills in Marketing and Communication, with proven experience in crafting impactful marketing strategies.Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with expertise in managing and optimizing social media campaigns.Experience in Web Content Writing and creating engaging, high-quality content tailored to various audiences.Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies is an added advantage.Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or related fields are preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is required.Key responsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.Manage paid ads, optimize campaign budgets, and monitor performance.Develop content strategies in collaboration with the design and content teams.Create landing pages, sales funnels, and lead magnets for course promotions.Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and automate workflows.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.Analyze marketing metrics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.Increase brand visibility, online engagement, and conversion rates.Use data insights to improve marketing strategies and user acquisition.Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and customer pipelines.Skills & CompetenciesStrong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn AdsAbility to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaignsKnowledge of web design Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principlesExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)Ability to build and manage sales funnelsGood understanding of landing page optimizationFamiliarity with AI and automation tools is a big advantage
