Founded in 1938 and headquartered in Amsterdam, IBFD also has a local presence in important markets such as North America, Asia and China.The IBFD Global marketing team The IBFD Global Marketing (& Communication) department is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy. The department empowers the commercial strategy for IBFD and is responsible for internal communications, and market insights & research for the entire organisation. The global marketing team enables revenue growth, expanding market share and enhancing brand equity on a global scale and plays a key role in advancing IBFD’s purpose.We support the entire organisation to grow sustainably with strong, data and value driven marketing. This entails omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored on ideal client profiles, where client insights form the basis for all client engagements. We support sales with tools, conversation material and insights, and generate qualified leads towards (enterprise) clients. We provide internal communications, product and market insights and research and protect, enhance, and refine the IBFD brand.Overview, Purpose Of The PositionThe Digital marketing team enables the digital part of the customer journey from start to finish – via all available digital channels. Our digital marketing campaigns are crucial in growing the number and quality of leads, enabling our sales department to drive revenue growth. They are also part of the digital strategy where marketing automation and digital campaigns empower IBFD’s stakeholders to purchase our products and services anytime, anywhere. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Intern (approx. 32-37 hours per week, for 6 months), who will start on September 1st.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools. Support the team in managing social media accounts and content. Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging digital content. Help optimize web content for SEO and user experience. Set up and manage campaigns and nurture tracks within our CRM system (Dynamics365).  Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance digital concepts and strategies.ProfileWe Are Looking For Someone WhoIs proactive and solution oriented. Has an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrates a passion for digital marketing and is tech-savvy, eager to learn and share knowledge. RequirementsCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related business field. Please note, you need to be enrolled as a student. Strong interest in digital marketing and social media in a BTB and academic environment. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms; tech-savvy.  Prior experience with SEO&SEA, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing in a CRM environment (eg HubSpot, salesforce, Dynamics) is welcomed Fluent in written and spoken English.  Strong project management and communication skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
