As we look to the future, we need creative, ambitious, and innovative professionals who can help us achieve our goals.This management role will lead the local Marketing Services team that provides coordination, editing, writing, formatting, graphics, desktop publishing, presentations, production, and systems services to support the sales and marketing, functional, and corporate requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal and marketing manager to work with an established team while providing their own unique perspective to help us grow.You Will Find Success In Your Ability ToPlan, organize, and coordinate the development process of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateralManage resources, operations, and daily activities of the office’s Marketing Services teamDisplay initiative, direct, and motivate staff consisting of graphic designers, marketing and proposal coordinators, and desktop publishersOrganize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlinesInterface effectively with internal customers to handle requests for marketing collateralWork directly with the sales and proposal teams to develop and produce proposals and presentations that fully reflect the client requirements and Fluor’s value propositionAssist to determine the scope of work, develop compliance checklists, set a production schedule, coordinate level of services and resources, and track any special client requirementsFacilitate highly creative graphic design for production of sales and marketing materialsConceptualize, develop, and coordinate sales and marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, tradeshow materials, and websitesFacilitate (or oversee facilitation of) proposal strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, reviews, and planning meetingsCoordinate marketing activities among corporate headquarters, business lines, Marketing Services offices, and other functional groupsEnsure adherence to the corporate brand and quality standardsMaintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standardsAdhere to and support Fluor’s health, safety & environmental and sustainability policiesBasic Job RequirementsAccredited four year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years* if non-degreedAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, employees, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitorsJob-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilitiesOther Job RequirementsAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent or work experience in English, marketing, communications, or business preferredAdvanced knowledge of a variety of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint in a Windows environment, online integrated proposal management systems, and capability to integrate into final productStrong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to lead are a mustAble to organize, expedite, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyKeen sense of attention to detailAble to accommodate a flexible schedule; willing and able to adapt to the demands of a high‑paced corporate environmentAble to manage others and work with minimal supervisionCapable of applying marketing principles to Fluor’s business activitiesTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.We are an equal opportunity employer.
