QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONWith 2.4 million vehicles and 90+ thousand employees, We are looking for a “Digital Marketing Manager” who will work at the Turkish headquarters of ENTERPRISE RENT a CAR the largest car rental company in the world, in Istanbul.QUALIFICATIONSUniversity graduates, Bachekor’s degree in a relevant fieldExperienced in team managementFluent in EnglishMinimum 7-10 years experienced in e-commerce, digital marketing and data analysisExperienced in data analysis, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channelsFamiliaritry with Google Measurement tools and reporting automationHaving analytical thinking skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsBeing open to learning and being researcher,Good communicationAbility to translate complex data into actionable insgihts for non-technical stakeholdersJOB DESCRIPTIONTo carry out communication activities in digital marketing channels such as SEO, AdwordsGoogle Ads, to prepare monthly and annual budgets in line with certain KPI, to interpret monthly and annual reports and to improve the processTo determine digital marketing strategies to increase awareness in parallel with the brand,vision and strategy and to plan long-term digital marketingTo follow and report the performance of digital marketing investmentsBuilding effective digital publicity models and developing projects that add valueSupervise Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization campaings, ensuring real-time, engaging and innovative contentEnsure maximum uptime and flawless operation of digital screens, addressing technical issues proactivelyProviding feedback to marketing and brand strategies and practices by analyzing data from digital channelsTo provide information flow and coordination between agencies, customers, related departments and people who will take part in the execution of digital marketing activities,To follow the innovations in digital platforms closelyTo ensure the management of Digital Marketing agenciesTo meet the demands, make agreements and manage the relations with the relevant Advertising agencies regarding the purchase of advertisingTo achieve the budget target by creating the annual budget of e-commerce channels,Manage and optimize Performance Marketing activities (Google Ads, Meta etc) across global and local markets,ensuring ROAS and conversion targets are metaTo develop new projects that serve sales and brand awareness or customer loyaltyTo make design and technical improvements for the website customer experienceManaging existing social media accountsIdentifying and developing social media contentsTo organize campaigns on Social Media and other digital channels and to follow and control them to increase turnoverWorking in coordination with the relevant departments in organizing monthly campaigns
